Thank you for choosing us as your company of choice for your consignment need. Below are our terms and policies.
Luxury Goods Consigner to Receive:
50% for items sold for less than $1000
60% for items sold between $1000 to $2000
70% for items sold for $2000+
*IF watch is above $2500, then consigner to receive 75% of sold price
*For art ONLY 60% for art sold for less than $2000 and 70% for art sold above $2000
Free Trial Offer (Limited Time):
Receive 100% commission on net profit of first sold item when you consign 5 or more items; after marketing, shipping, processing fees. Offer is for new consignors only and can only be applied once per consignor. Five or more authentic items must be sent in the first package or given in person on the first drop-off in person meeting. This promotion does not apply to art or collectables.
Payment Process:
Payments are processed monthly and will reflect all sales and payments between the first and the last day of the month prior. Your check and invoice will reflect the completed sales from the previous month. Our payment schedule pays out on the Thursday following 30 days after the last sale of the prior month.
Items we Accept:
Apparel
Clothing items with stains will not be accepted. All clothing pieces MUST be made within the last 5 years. We DO NOT accept skirts, pants, bras, underwear, or lingerie.
Bags
MUST be made within the last 7 years. We accept Vintage items made by Chanel, Hermes and Louis Vuitton
Collectibles
MUST be made within the last 7 years.
Jewelry
We also accept vintage fine jewelry and watches
Shoes
MUST be made within the last 7 years. We accept Vintage items made by Chanel, Hermes and Louis Vuitton
Sunglasses
MUST be made within the last 7 years. We accept Vintage items made by Chanel, Hermes and Louis Vuitton
Watches
Watches must be fully functional and battery working (time and date can be adjusted, no missing parts, screen is not chipped, second hand must be ticking).

Please note, if you send something that is something not in our directory and/or does not meet our criteria, you will be responsible for return shipping for the item back to you. If we do not receive payment within 30 days, we will discard your item.
The Process:
Please mail-in all your items to the mailing address at the top of this contract. We ask for you to get signature confirmation, tracking, & highly suggest insurance on your package. Please note if the item is lost in transit, you are responsible for this and must take it up with your courier.
The process of receiving your boxes, creating an inventory of your items, photographing them, and listing them typically takes about 1 to 2 weeks. If you haven't heard from us within two weeks of receipt of your items, feel free to give us a call or send us an e-mail.
Prices are determined by LRN and markdowns will be taken at the sole discretion of management.
Items may be included in sales and promotions on our website or other marketplaces. Any sales or promotion fees will be deducted before payout.
Consignment Period:
The consignment period shall begin on the date your items are listed. We’ll continue to list your items for up to 6 months. If you have items that remain unsold after 6 months, then we can ship your items back to you per your written request. At any time during this contract LRN has the right to terminate business with the consignor for any reason. At that point LRN will return all consignment items to buyer at LRN's cost.
Authentication:
We at LRN pride ourselves on only selling 100% authentic designer items. We reserve the right to work with professional authenticators for your items at our discretion.
If any item submitted that is found to be a counterfeit, or not authentic, then the seller will be charged an Authentication Fee of $75 per item OR $125 if the item is an Hermes Birkin or Kelly bag. If your item is found to be counterfeit then you will have 30 days to pay the authentication fee, after the 30 days your item will be discarded.
If a counterfeit item is given to us, we also will deduct it from the qualifying items for sale from our free trial offer promotion offer.
Counterfeit, Unauthenticated, or Stolen Items:
In signing this contract, you agree that all items given to Luxury Resale Network are not counterfeit, not stolen and are your own personal items.
You understand that Luxury Resale Network will cooperate with law enforcement in all investigations regarding claims for any items given to us that are counterfeit or stolen.
Item Condition:
Clothing items with stains will not be accepted - if stained, items will be donated or can be returned to the seller at the sellers expense.
Refer a Friend Bonus:
Clients can be paid a one-time referral payment of $100 per new client referred once the new referred person has sold 5 items with us. Valid for new consignors only. Client will only get paid if their referred friends name is listed as the referred person in our consignor sign up forms “referred by” section.
Legal Agreement:
This Agreement, including all attachments, constitutes the entire agreement among the parties to this transaction and replaces all prior agreements, communications and representations. No agreements, communications or representations made by any party to this Agreement that is not expressly stated in this Agreement are legally binding.
Consignor’s Representations, Warranties and Indemnification:
The consignor hereby warrants to Luxury Resale Network that it has good and marketable title to the products none of which are subject to any liens or other encumbrances and further warrants to Luxury Resale Network that the products consigned pursuant to this Agreement are not in violation of any trademark, copyright, or other proprietary right of any third party, state or federal law, or administrative regulation. The consignor hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Luxury Resale Network from all damages, suits, litigation, awards and costs, including but not limited to attorney’s fees that may arise out of the display or sale of the products for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to civil or criminal suits over authenticity, legality, ownership, infringement of copyright or trademark or any other claim or litigation.
Items We Are Unable to Buy:
For cash offers: If a cash offer is not agreed upon between the item owner and LRN, then any items mailed in or given to or left with LRN will automatically be consigned and sold by LRN for a 6-month period before being mailed back to the owner.
No Implied Waiver:
Either party’s failure to insist, in any one or more instances on strict performance by the other party of any of the terms to this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any continuing or subsequent failure to perform or delay in performance of any term hereof.
Responsibility:
All consignments are left or mailed in at owner’s risk. Luxury Resale Network is not responsible for damage or loss by theft, fire, negligence, or any other cause.
Severability:
If one or more of the provisions of this Agreement shall be declared or held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect in any jurisdiction, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions hereof shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby and any such declaration or holding shall not invalidate or render unenforceable such provision in any other jurisdiction.
Headings:
Headings used in this Agreement are provided for convenience only and shall not be used to construe meaning or intent.
Counterparts/Electronic Signature:
This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original but all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. For purposes of this Agreement, use of a email, or other electronic medium shall have the same force and effect as an original signature.
Amendments:
No amendment, modification or waiver of any terms of this Agreement shall be valid unless it is written and approved by all parties to this transaction.
Choice of Law:
This agreement shall be construed and governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Furthermore, you and Luxury Resale Network hereby agree to submit to personal jurisdiction of the courts of Seminole County, Florida.
Items We Are Unable to Sell:
Luxury Resale Network reserves the right to refuse to list any items we deem are unsellable due to brand name, low resale value, or condition. Consignor attests to the authenticity of all consigned items. Items found to be counterfeit will be destroyed.
I have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as they may be modified by LRN from time-to-time and posted on the LRN website.
