1. Consignment You - the consignor send us your pre-loved luxury item(s) and we market and re-sell the product for you. Once the items sells you will earn a commission. Consignors are typically paid out 30 days post the sale of their item along with a detailed breakdown of the sales amount and charges. We recommend this method as it typically earns a higher payout. Consignors can choose to be paid via check, PayPal, or Zelle. 2. Selling When you sell your item(s), you will receive an upfront payment by check, Paypal or Zelle once they pass evaluation and authentication.

At checkout you will have the option to decide between consignment and sell. Select the sell option.

This process typically takes up to 3 business days. Some items may require additional time due to special circumstances.

Once your item passes evaluation we will send your payout. You can choose to be paid via check, Paypal™, or Zelle.

Consigning with BougieHabit

The process of receiving your package(s), creating an inventory of your item(s), photographing them, and listing them typically takes about 1 to 2 weeks. You will receive a follow up email once this is complete.

Receive 100% commission on first sold item when you consign 5 or more items; less marketing, shipping, processing fees. Promotion is for new consignors only and can only be applied once per consignor. Five or more authentic items must be sent in your first Offer.. This promotion does not apply to collectables.

When determining the item value, we consider factors which include the item's model, functionality and condition and set the price at our sole discretion. Any sales or promotion fees will be deducted before payout.

We charge a flat fee of

40% of the sale price for items sold under $499
30% of the sale price for items sold between $500 and $2,999
20% of the sale price for items sold over $3,000

General Information

No issue; simply choose a condition that you believe is correct. We will analyze your item(s) and determine the correct condition.

We do not accept sell quotes or consignment shipments from outside of the United States at this time but, if you are shopping with us we do ship worldwide!

You can submit as many item(s) as you would like to sell or consign. If you have more than 10 items, please contact us.

Shipping to Us

Once your item(s) are approved you will receive a free shipping label to mail your item(s) to our studio for evaluation. Print the shipping label and attach it to your package. Bring the package to your nearest drop-off location specified by carrier.

All offers are valid for fourteen (14) days. Item(s) must be shipped and received within that time frame. If received outside of this period, we will re-evaluate your item and price it accordingly.

We will provide you with a prepaid and trackable shipping label via FedEx or UPS, that you can easily print out. Delivery Confirmation is included with your prepaid trackable shipping label, you will receive an email once your package is received. We will also email you when we receive your package. If you want to get all updates on your package, it is crucial that you provide us with the correct email address and check it so that you can receive our updates on the process

All items are insured against accidental damage whilst in transit from your FedEx or UPS drop-off for up to $100. If you'd like to fully insure your package, you can purchase our shipping insurance to cover the full value of your offer, during checkout, for a fee. Please note that BougieHabit will not be held liable for any damages incurred due to inadequate packaging.

Cash offer payouts will be sent once your item(s) passes evaluation & authentication.
Consignment payouts will be sent to you 30 days after your item(s) sells.
Payment processing times vary depending on the method you choose with an estimate of 5-7 business days and is subject to change. Checks are mailed by a 3rd party and can take up to 12 business days to arrive.

We accept bags, jewelry, clothing, shoes, accessories, watches, vintage items and collectibles. Please review our What's Accepted page for a list of items and brands we accept.

  • We at BougieHabit ourselves on only selling 100% authentic designer item(s). We reserve the right to work with professional authenticators for your item(s) at our discretion.
  • If any item submitted that is found to be a counterfeit, or not authentic, You the seller/consigner will be charged an Authentication Fee of $75 per item OR $125 if the item is Hermes.
  • If your item is found to be counterfeit then you will have THREE (3) business days to pay the authentication fee, after the THREE (3) business days your item will be discarded.
  • If a counterfeit item is given to us, we also will deduct it from the qualifying item(s) for sale from our free trial offer promotion offer.

Yes, all items should be clean. Sanitation and safety is priority for our team members and customers alike. Unclean item(s) may be refused and you may be charged a fee.
